The programme follows the INC syllabus across four years, combining biosciences, nursing theory and supervised clinical practice, with internal assessment and university examinations each year. The detailed year-wise subject list will be published here.
Clinical learning takes place at MGM Medical College, Jamshedpur and Kalyan Hospital, Baharagora, where students rotate through core departments under faculty supervision.
A B.Sc Nursing degree opens the widest set of doors in the profession — registered staff-nurse roles, government nursing cadres via NORCET and state exams, M.Sc Nursing, and international nursing through NCLEX and OET pathways.
